IntelliTrac FBT elogbook apps make day to day recording of trips a breeze. The app seamlessly connects to the vehicle employees are driving and automatically reads data from the GPS tracking telematics device to automatically populate driver information, date and time of travel, origin and destination points and odometer readings. At the same time it prompts drivers to enter trip purpose at the start of each trip.
Drivers have the ability to log into the IntelliTrac Hawk Web or Smartphone app to edit trip type and purpose at any time.
Fuel Tax Credits
Australian businesses operating in Australia can claim fuel tax credits of approximately 41.8 cents per litre for liquid fuels used by motor vehicles, plant & equipment when they are not travelling on public roads as well as up to 16 cents per litre for liquid fuels used in heavy vehicles when travelling on public roads. Many organisations are still using approximation methods to calculate this data and are literally missing out on thousands of dollars of fuel tax credits each month.
The IntelliTrac Elite GPS Telematics Device forms the basis of this report due to its high end features and accuracy in reporting GPS and Engine Management data as well as being able to interface into auxilliary engines and PTO's where fuel used in these is eligable for 100% rebate in most cases.
It is also important to note that any fuel used in the maintenance of a public road is also claimable. Therefore being able to report on PTO activations in vehicles such as street sweepers, graders, rollers and flocons is also advantageous.

Road User Charges New Zealand
Anyone using New Zealand's roads contributes towards their upkeep. Most road users pay levies when they buy fuel. Others, such as drivers of light diesel vehicles and heavy vehicles like trucks, pay through road user charges (RUC).
To pay the road user charges you purchase a RUC licence based on the vehicle’s RUC weight and RUC vehicle type.
For most diesel cars, utes and vans, you need a distance licence, which you purchase in 1000km units (or multiples of 1000). You must buy a new licence before you’ve driven all the distance covered by the previous licence.
IntelliTrac's Road User Charge module allows fleets to keep track of RUC purchases and be reminded of any expiries coming due.

IntelliTrac provides a number of flexible fatigue management exception reports and alerts to keep managers informed of driver performance and adherence to NHVR legislation or their own organisational WHS/HSE policies.
These reports may be automated and emailed on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule to both management and drivers.
